
Conscious Connected Breathwork – Connect with Yourself Through Breathwork
What is Breathwork? The method I use is called Conscious Connected Breathwork.
A technique popularized by Stan Grof and Leonard Orr. In Conscious Connected Breathwork, the inhale and exhale are consciously linked, meaning I guide you through a specific breathing pattern during the session. By connecting your inhale and exhale, a form of conscious hyperventilation occurs.

Physically, the sympathetic nervous system is triggered, which can lead to an increased heart rate, changes in body temperature, and even hand cramps. These effects occur because more CO₂ is present in the body than oxygen, activating the immune system, flushing out toxins, and encouraging regeneration.
Important: You control the intensity of your Breathwork session.
It’s important to me that you move at your own pace. My approach is always gentle, nervous-system-friendly, and yet profoundly deep.
You can experience Conscious Connected Breathwork in a 1:1 setting or in a group Breathwork session. I regularly host Breathwork sessions at Karmakarma Yoga Studio in Düsseldorf. 1:1 sessions are available in Düsseldorf, Ibiza, and online.
